Engineers here are very willing to help and some of the smartest most experienced people I have met. There is a lot of work to do and gaining experience in a wide variety of skills is very easy here.

Projects heavily lack funding due to lack of company profit. Difficult to work with any financial teams and having to explain critical engineering or safety requirements in projects means paying for something.
