Pros

Overall, I can tell that everyone one the team really cares, works hard, and is incredibly smart. The work-life balance is some of the best I have ever had, and the compensation is more than competitive. I really enjoy the remote structure we have, and the offsites have been a blast. The last thing I will say is that there is a ton of transparency throughout the org, which can be very rare at start-ups and I have really appreciated that.

Cons

The remote structure took some adjusting to, but I have really settled into that, and the offsites help make up for in-person time.

Pros

- Solid niche business with a possibility to grow much bigger - Mission-driven product vision - Interesting challenges to solve and opportunities to explore at a non-trivial scale - Smart, nice people who care about what they are doing - A good mix between folks who are early-in-career and those who are very advanced. The team is actively working to level up existing team members while also hiring for experience - 100% remote culture - Good benefits

Cons

It's an early-stage startup, which might not be for you. - There's organizational maturity in some areas, but there are also significant holes in efficiency that still need to be filled. - There's work-life balance, but the team is running lean, and there's always a lot to be done. - There's a mission and a direction, but big opportunities and challenges can arise suddenly to rock the boat, changing plans.
