Poor and unprofessional management. Sexist comments and insults. Derogatory comments and language. Lack of empathy and guidance/training. An increase in disrespect whilst working very hard, expect no praise or motivation. False contract claiming you’ll work full time but get given a few hours a week due to management picking and choosing whether you deserve the hours or not. Management cannot take constructive criticism and will refuse to allow you to speak up on any ideas or issues. Expected to take on the workload of 5 people all on your own. Expectations are high considering management will sit on chairs and stay on their phones. No support from management and will hire people based on whether they can sexualise them or not.

Setting can be relaxed sometimes and you can drink all you want if you are into it.

The management is bad, Not enough shifts They employ you as a bartender but you'll end up tending to the ladies like a cleaner.
