The staff members are very respectful, the job is simple and the pay is also good! It’s a great place to work and you will have a lot of fun

Some customers may be too hard to deal with. However, there aren’t really many cons.

Free food from the ramen don restaurant next door.

Poor and unprofessional management. Sexist comments and insults. Derogatory comments and language. Lack of empathy and guidance/training. An increase in disrespect whilst working very hard, expect no praise or motivation. False contract claiming you’ll work full time but get given a few hours a week due to management picking and choosing whether you deserve the hours or not. Management cannot take constructive criticism and will refuse to allow you to speak up on any ideas or issues. Expected to take on the workload of 5 people all on your own. Expectations are high considering management will sit on chairs and stay on their phones. No support from management and will hire people based on whether they can sexualise them or not.
