Your average job. Nice work environment, sometimes hours are flexible. Hires young. Most likely, you'll find friendly faces in most of the office.
Cons
Sometimes, too much flexibility isn't so good. Uses an online time reporting system, so some people choose to work from home more often than they should, which, at times, irks members of their team.
