      Pros

      A good place to work as a student or part-time, with flexible hours available, and a better environment than other comparable workplaces with same pay level- i.e retail or food service. You will gain lots of work experience here.

      Cons

      The demands of the job are sometimes more than can be expected for a part-time position at this pay level.
