Pros
I worked for Kaplan on the apprenticeship team. They have some top class clients, the vast majority of the apprentices are career-focused in great placements and a joy to work with The teaching structure is excellent with extremely high pass rates
Cons
Management have a total disregard for their employee's wellbeing, ignoring high staff leaver rates and setting impossible targets, then beating you up (metaphorically) for not meeting them. Talent coaches typically had caseloads of well over 100 learners. Every layer of management was incompetent and unsupportive. A formal complaint about the way we were being treated was ignored. I was working more and more unpaid hours, losing sleep and getting anxiety attacks. Don't work here unless you have nothing else to do with your life.
