Favoritism, nepotism, people put in positions without proper knowledge or background because they are loyal tot he company, keeping workers who are bad at their jobs and shuffling them into other positions, married coworkers canoodling outside their marriage, married coworkers harassing younger female coworkers, keeping the same people in the same jobs forever, not rewarding progress and achievement of yearly goals, culture of fear to try anything new, overspending, bringing people in to jobs who have no experience to be in those positions becuase they are "buddies."
