- Very diverse culture that fully supports unique personalities - Genuinely committed to employee success & personal growth - Extremely family-first and encourages a true work life balance - World class Development & Product Teams (we're spoiled) - Truly customer first across every aspect of the company - Extremely agile when it comes to our product & customers - Our customers LOVE US (we have a high retention rate) - Open and transparent culture (in a positive but meaningful way)

Cons

This isn't really a con but the Startup Culture isn't for everyone so be really certain this is the path for you before diving in. There is a LOT of support but definitely no hand holding here so you have to be willing to figure things out. You also need to be super open to change and be willing to adapt and pivot in your roles and responsibilities as the company grows - those who aren't truthfully just won't thrive here. If these sound like positives to you, you may have just found your new family!

Pros

It was relaxed enough until they start giving out PIPs just a few months into work when there had been nearly 0 training.

Cons

-Run by a developer NOT a business mind -Expect results without the investments needed -0 Marketing support -0 Demand Gen Support -Let go of entire sales team before anyone hit the year mark and now rehiring -Gave 0 notice to cutting sales employees -Will receive little to no equity -There is no legitimate sales leadership in the company. If you're looking for a good leader turn and run -Search any former Kapiche employee in the US and ask about their experience
