      Pros

      It was hold to take time off, never got a raise, I like the project manager, higher management wasn't the best

      Cons

      Working in all times of weather and some long hours sometime 36 hrs in a row, only supervisor had benefits

      Pros

      Enjoyed the people I worked with and it was a relaxed work environment.

      Cons

      Hourly employees have absolutely no insurance benefits, no sick leave and no paid time off. Can be away from home for extended periods of time. All equipment was no longer maintenanced to the level it was when I started.
