Some management are very pushy/cut throat and cruel with feedback, others are extremely conflict-averse and nothing gets done. 5. You are vilified if you don't attend work socials or help create initiatives for the culture of the organisation 6. Workforce is extremely middle class - how can we build brands to represent everyone when we represent such a small percentage?
