Some areas are better than others.

At Westgate, operations and call centres rely on local catchment area for staff, leading to long term lifers or people who leave quickly after realising their mistake rather than enthused quality staff, they hire temps by the day. Very political environment, need to watch your back as rumour mill and gossip rule the day. Money goes to sales, who promise clients the moon with the company not being able to back it up short of panicked scrambling last minute to find relevant talent. infrastructure, back office, IT etc. left as distant 2nd place. Hangar lane is an awful, godforsaken place.
