Pros
It serves as a stepping stone to move forward onto better companies. It offers the opportunity to make good experience in the media sector, again with the view to move somewhere else. Reasonable opportunities to move between departments or onto sister companies across Kantar and WPP - although you have to make all the effort as support from management on that sense is non-existent. Company benefits were good.
Cons
Management were poorly trained and sometimes seemed to have no clue about how to motivate their staff. (this was true for most of them, although there were some who were better than others) Entry-level salaries were an outrage.
