Pros
Two work from home days, 20 days off a year plus 10 sick days from the start although I believe this has changed, flexible hours and decent work-life-balance when it's needed. Definitely good perks to have.
Cons
Long hours, technical difficulties, new management still learning the ropes of what it takes to be a good manager, a senior staff that is a bully, but most of all, salaries are extremely low for the work we do. Increases are minimal and several fear for our jobs because of company stability. No room to grow.
