Pros

- On time pay - Thriving environment for Bootlickers

Cons

- No acknowledgement & stagnant career growth - Work 14-15hrs everyday for a month for reporting and you'll still be told that you are not enough - Work pressure so much that it increased my belly fat and turned a few of my hairs grey and I am in mid-20s with an Excellent Hair care routine I follow everyday - People lost clients but still received promotions, bonuses & increment because of bootlicking nature - Casually asked to stretch till 1-2am and then deny compensatory off stating T&Cs like "cannot be paired with weekend or holidays" - Feedbacks aren't given when work is delivered and rather given during review meetings - No acknowledgment for Over-Stretching on weekdays and even weekends - Working over the weekend is an unsaid norm & non-negotiable - Proximity to office will be considered of the number of hours you stay in the office, i.e. if you stay near then it does not matter if the entire office goes back around 4pm and then logs in, You have to stay till 7-8 and face peak traffic - Late to office will be noticed and taken into account but pulling off all-nighters will be ignored and still expected to show on time the next morning - Unrealistic timelines given to client which will result in hectic work days and you are expected to prioritize Only work instead of timely meals, shower and even basic exercise to stay fit - If somehow you want a week off to cool off the stress and are denied yet you stay courageous and push for it, expect a "catch up" call scheduled with the head of the team

Pros

None. Literally none. Amazing that I cannot think of a single thing. I’m staying because the job market is awful otherwise I am out of here.

Cons

- carousel of management. Changing every several months - constant reorganization, hired for a role you want then moved to a role without input as a part of a reorganization - employees of set up to fail - management is suspect in their talent and ability to build a culture worth having - trying to “scale” products without a client first mentality - profits over people - legacy remote work allows people to skate by without actually doing work - history of hiring suspect CEOs because of nepotism - people get paid obscene amounts for doing little work. And if they do work, it is so awful.
