Pros

Good people, solid idea, flexible hours, big opportunity. They're doing the best they can for a small-ish company.

Cons

Most of the cons are merely because its a startup and can't get everything done as quickly as it needs to. Exec team can be too busy to communicate with underlings. Developers tend to be favored over non-developers. The product is an employee satisfaction/engagement tool and yet it's rarely used for their own employees.

-down to earth culture -CEO is an amazingly inspiring person -open floor seating -ping pong table and people in the office who are fun -some catered meals -open kitchen with requests for food -late start for work (usually started around 10:30-11am)

Cons

-Upper level management very busy and hard to get in touch with sometimes -Not as much cohesion amongst company in terms of hearing customer feedback and giving personal feedback on product

Pros

Culture at a company means so much to me. Can I learn from others, are they ready to disseminate knowledge? Do I want to spend a significant amount of my life with them, and will I be proud to do so? I would say a very strong YES to all of these questions for Kanjoya. The work we do is innovate and challenging, and I feel a great deal of pride in both what I work on and who I work for.

Cons

Hard to think of any.
