Pros

A great product, with a lot of switched on people world-wide working hard to deliver it. Management are very supportive and colleagues are quick to share any learnings or tools they discover that may assist in providing an edge in a competitive market.

Cons

Long hours when necessary, expectation of excellence can sometimes be intimidating/daunting. Travel policy is frustrating - expectency to travel a significant amount but least-cost option is always chosen meaning status with an airline is hard to build; If I need to work in a terminal of an airport its hard to do if you aren't in an airline lounge.

Pros

You can work from home, they have a good lunch area, if you like Dojo you will get to use it a lot

Cons

The schedule is crazy, management really doesn't know how to manage, they claim to be Agile but they are really time boxed and feature boxed, they use WID and the IBM stack, expectations are out of control, the culture sucks because there really isn't any, just a bunch of people that work there
