Pros
Gain trust, then you can enjoy a lot of room on how you define your mission and will acheive it. Great culture, peoples are not only friendly but willing to help. No politics, no ego, no cheat.
Cons
Salaries are right at the market cap or a slightly below. A couple of advantages are missing (better health care, real compensation for your home office setup, etc.) but it feels that they try to address all these issues. Time will say.
