Unethical,they terminate without notice .the owner did not even bother to tell me instead my contacts were mailing me that he has asked them not to contact me .after that I reached out to him and he said we will talk later .

Don’t have any company policy or even they not want to make the HR policies They dont understand the difference between professionals and workers(for them both are same, they treat their employees as slaves) Their no define job description anyone can do any work (they can even tell to clean the office) Dont have holiday list(all depend on their mood) If you tell them you have this issue, they said ok you can leave..like seriously is this the way to run a company They only know how to deduct salary, at you face they are so good but on your back they are so canning They dont know how to talk with their employees
