Pros

bonus is the only good thing

Cons

claim to have flex time but they don't, they say bonus is 15% of your salary but you only get half bonus if you miss any time in the quarter. bonus system is based on popularity contest, voted by employees. no feedback from managers. you can't trust anybody

Pros

Very hard to quantify any pros, I guess the flexible hours are the only good thing.

Cons

Management does not communicate, often leading to conflicting roles, such as being asked to work in two different department's at once, being asked to two two different tasks at once, and when you don't d one of them because of being asked to do the other, you'll be given a warning. While they have flex hours, they tell you you're not supposed to use them flexibly. Theres quarterly peer reviews, but they've had several meetings at will give you a "talking to" if you give anyone a five out of five, as they put it "no one is capable of getting a five out of five." Then there's the quality; the amount of times I've been told to skip the hi-pot electrical testing for the sack of getting the machines out the door quicker is uncountable. Then there's the times when there have been supply chain issues and they tell you to take a used part, clean it up, and send it out as new to the customer, who ordered a new part. There's little to no room for advancement, and it seems within the management circle there is clique's that leave other's out, effectively leaving the company to be run by one person and his friends, even if his friend's are not management. There's also the amount of people they have to work there; they overhire, which, on top of lowering chances for advancement, also means you're often cursed to doing mind bogglingly simple, mudane, mind numbing tasks, such as inserting a single wire into a connector. Overtime is rarely allowed and if you do work overtime, you will be giving a warning.
