I read the review and was apprehensive on salary but fortunately i did not have any bad experience in last six to seven months. On top of it environment if friendly and not much work pressure

Lack of proper process & documentation

1. They pay the salary in instalments like an EMI, and you have to beg for it. 2. Even small reimbursements of 400–500 rupees are stuck for 2 years. 3. The company won’t even spend on a cup of tea for employees.

1. Your 4–5 months’ salary is kept on hold. 2. You must reach the office by 9 sharp, but if you leave before 8–9 pm, you are treated like an enemy. 3. Very poor product development (desi jugaad solutions). 4. If salary is not credited, it’s considered your fault — for example, if you didn’t close bugs on time before salary processing.
