Pros
The values. Kallidus has three values it holds itself accountable to: curiosity, collaboration, and integrity. I can honestly say that I witness these values in action daily. It make me want to work harder. The people. I don't feel like I work in a hierarchical organization instead, I work with partners who bring different skills and talents to the table everyday. Leadership. Leadership at Kallidus works tirelessly to "get it right". It is not easy to manage a diverse and remote workforce these days. The conversations continue about how we make "work" a happier part of life.
Cons
Growing pains. Kallidus is growing and like all things that grow, there are some aches and pains. But I do not look at this is a "con", I look at it as being temporarily uncomfortable to make room for the gains.
