though the company is almost bankrupt,still they offer you good package so that you can join

No transparency between mangers and employees,i never understood to whom i am reporting Unfriendly atmosphere loads of politics they can betray you anytime saying you to leave no proper teams ,and the old office people feel insecure if you can do much better than them and if you are by chance not coming from the same state and u dont have the clue of local language they will make you suffer...they talk in there local languages even if they have got an official meeting u cant give them better coz they dont allow you, most of the feedbacks come from people who are old, MANAGERS just close there eyes as if they are blind
