- Great Opportunity for Junior Interior Designers – The senior members of the design and architecture team are knowledgeable. They lend a great hand in guidance and mentoring those with some experience in the commercial/ corporate part of the design field. - This role, once learned and with a year of experience in, is very fulfilling. All job roles take time to acclimate to. In this role there is the opportunity to take ownership of some work and with the help of the design team, create very successful designs. - There is plenty of opportunity for networking within the A&D industry. How much or how little of that depends on the time put in by the individual in this role. - With clear and consistent communication, this role can be a flourishing one in relation to all the other team member roles in the office. - Workload can be a lot at times, but project managers and ownership work with design and architecture teams to navigate through. - Can be tricky to plan PTO time due to team size, just need to communicate with team a bit more when planning personal time off.

Absolute $#%@ show, too much management, sub-par work. Get everything done quick, make money for the boss, who will scream if you mess up even a little, "Family Value" just means work harder for me
