Pros
The management allows you to make school your primary focus and provides tasks that challenge you. The engineering manager, who typically supervises interns, is willing to go above and beyond what most bosses will do as far as mentorship and pushing you to develop yourself.
Cons
The facility is about a 45 minute drive from the UTA campus and a 30 minute commute from TCU. The opportunity is well worth the drive but I can see that detouring some potential intern candidates.
