Pros
Nice people worked there and I really enjoyed my experience with everyone. The days were a bit long but the people were easy to work with, so I got along quite nicely.
Cons
The job was very mundane, boring, and not well-paying. I guess the only good part is that I really learned what a hard day of work is.

Benefits are alright and you get some holidays off.
Cons
There’s no room to advance within department, and favoritism plays a huge role in your success here. Promotion is rare and expectations are high, so you’ll probably do a lot more work than you are compensated for. Some areas have extreme and dangerous working conditions which are ignored by supervisors/management. The Tangent facility has a really high turnover rate and there seems to be company-wide production issues as well.
