The work culture is good. It is a flexible, good work-life balance at my level. The principles are transparent about management and the business side of the company which I think gives their employees trust.

vacation/time off is very limited & better pay. The salary however is an industry standard issue :(

Small company, do a lot of little things, easy to see the big picture and collaborate with seniors and principals 5. Some amount of short road trip travel 6. Invest in employees, reimburse accreditation fees

1. Small, lower end projects limited to SoCal 2. Rigid clock-in clock-out policy for junior employees, even strict on 30-min lunch, so stupid, a waste of budget and paper 3. Aged leadership, the entire company feels like an old machine, rigid and traditional, not very dynamic and energetic
