Managers don't know the current requirements of jobs under them leaving them behind on the technology and incapable of training new employees effectively. Provides no transferable skills anymore leaving you stuck in your position. Managers don't care about the employees and take no responsibility for lack of communication with employees and departments. No training leaving new people to learn on the fly, and leads to news managers berating them. None livable wages for everyone but the producers who are treated as royalty depite being incredibly lazy. Departments barely have enough staff to operate.
