Terrible experience - Senior Software Engineer KSquare Solutions Employee Review

Pros

Unfortunately, the only things I enjoyed there were the chairs and free drinks. That was for two weeks only because I went onsite with a client for the rest of the time.

Cons

Promises were made by Ksquare before I was hired; Not even one promise was 100% true. They protect themselves with a contract where if you want to leave before 1 year you have to pay for anything the company paid. When you are an out of state employee, they lent you an apartment for two weeks so you can look for a place. But, they don't tell you how expensive, "In their contract", this apartment is. And if after a few months you realize this company is full of lies, now you owe them that rent plus any other expenses that might have existed. The CEO tells their employees how much Ksquare cares about them. But, when I needed help from them, they left me hanging for months. When I finally decided to quit because I had no response or support, the CEO was rude and didn't even ask me why I was quitting. Similar to what someone said above: If you want to work for this company, make sure everything they promise is written and signed. You might not get it anyways but at least you could do something about it if you wanted.

Pros

- The HR team is pretty solid and responsive, so if you have any problem, most of the time they will be able to help you fast. - They know the visa process very well, so it regularly goes smooth. - Company's customers are high tier companies, so projects are fun most of the time!! - You can learn a lot as well! - Salary is good if you are begining your career on US.

Cons

- I think their biggest issue is related to professional growth. The company doesn't give a lot of feedback to your work and sometimes it seems that they don't even know how you are doing, therefore it seems that is pretty complicated or even impossible to grow in the company. - Once you are working with a customer, there is not much communication in between besides occasional events. - The contracts you need to sign are too strict which sometimes try to force the employee to stay.
