Pros
KSB is a pump manufacturing firm with having well-established departments working with SOPs since 1980. KSB has a design department and core Production Planning & Control department which is working with ERP system SAP. KSB also has its own Foundry plant for castings and machine shop with CNC machines. KSB is a good firm to learn.
Cons
KSB has not invested in human resource development i.e new training & certification of new tools. There is less opportunity to promote to a higher position due to long management straucture and KSB offered less salary as per expectations.
