Pros
Adopted a work from where you want model, and have done an amazing job keeping teams engaged. Flexible Fridays are a great bonus - signing off at 2 most Fridays just cannot be beat.
Extremely detail oriented company, best in the business for a reason. When the business does well staff are rewarded across the board.
Cons
Work life balance has been iffy, but greatly modified and improved under management. Really can’t think of anything I would change.
