Pros
Great pay from starting recruitment
Cons
1- Nepotism and favoritism run rampant with complete disregard to the quality of work environment that's allowed. 2- You do not disagree with any of the higher-ups about anything or you will be put in a black list leading to scrutiny and unfair treatment. 3- Extremely understaffed projects. 4- You're expected to work 60, 70,80 hrs. a week whatever it takes with not compensation or relief in site. 5- No set standards for processes in the company despite using and have an access modern technology. Multiple different senior leaders doing things their own way (archaic) and set in their ways regardless of lack of efficiency or presentation in the way they expect things to be done. 6- Promises of healthy raises and bonuses but extremely vague when hiring what no actual structure. Would not put in writing. personally saved millions on a project buyout and I received a 3k bonus, same as my project eng and ast. Super despite it being on my contract that I was to receive nothing less than 5k. Several weeks of back-and-forth discussion with ownership and they only conceded for the additional 2k. 7- Absolutely way too much work to line the pockets of ownership with zero incentive or appreciation for work performed above and beyond outline job responsibilities that's expected of you to do.
