Pros
KPIT is Mid Size Company, but Doing Very Well Niche Fields like embedded technologies, Auto motives Micro chips also very aggressive . In terms of Work Environment far better than any BIG IT company, Most of the Managerial staff is associated with company from very early days of company, In terms Money KPIT is decent paymaster.
Cons
Most of the Managerial staff does not gel well new employees, Few of them are so rigid to improve or change, that's biggest problem with the company , In term of perks and ESOP company needs to more liberal for New employees
