Pros
Need to think alot about the good things in KPIT Cummins: Good infrastructure is only good thing which I could see. Revolo is the only project due to which KPIT is gaining name, rest all is CRAP.......!!!!!!!!
Cons
1. Miser company ever see and heard of. 2. Only thing of company benefits to increase their revenues but cost cutting. 3. Clients are bad 4. No transparency in appraisal process, when appraisal ratings are out, manager says "I dont know how you got this ratings" 5. Just find way out to keep VPI longer in their account to gain the interest 6. Food prices in canteen are tooooooo high. 7. THERE IS NO FINANCIAL AND CAREER GROWTH 8. No value to employee, management is far away from the word "Employee centricity". 9. Dont dare to discuss your problems with HR, manager will come to know right away. 10. Management at KPIT only want get work done from employee and in return no appreciation in form of appraisals or gifts. ...... have still more experiences with management. DOTN EVER JOIN THIS COMPANY.. ITS SO FRUSTRATING THERE...
