At a macro level, there is lesser emphasis on formal training and left to the individual to improve herself. If one is in a long running project and on a familiar technology, then the growth and contribution are limited, though one can always go deeper in their own domain.
At a micro level, the additional benefits are lesser in comparison to other companies. The reward system for appreciating good work seems to be based primarily on client feedback and if you're in a project that is not going so well which is not under your control, then the rewards are also affected despite the long hours put in. Increments vary largely based on individual performance.
