Pros
No drama, no politics. KPG genuinely cares about employees and offers tons of flexibility. Lots of support for me and my ideas. I've only been here for about a year but don't know why I'd ever leave. Pay is great, benefits are average+ but benefits are slowly getting better and better. I'm fairly new here but the length of time many (most?) of my peers have been here is a testament to the job satisfaction. The company feels very stable and long-term outlook is very good. Celebrating 30 years this year (2019.)
Cons
Managers are busy doing real work, not micromanaging. You're not going to get a pat on the back for doing what is expected of you. Young employees like recent grads may have a hard time at first if they're not self-motivated and self starting.
