      Pros

      Lots of very smart people doing great work. Great variety of projects to work on in an interesting part of the country

      Cons

      Middle manager culture was off - fair bit of unnecessary personal conflict with managers made doing good work difficult. Senior managers were solid though, and very good mentors

      Flexible hours, remote when necessary, plenty of growth opportunity and learning tools, great team goals, great management.
