Pros

None it is a pyramid scheme. Don't fall for it no base salary etc

Cons

Worked there for one day after I graduated college. They tell you what you do in the interview is a complete lie."event marketing" or going to certain places to "market" the product. When in fact you have to sell in order to make money. They also make you wear stupid pink vests that make you look like an a hole. All it is selling car wax to people. Stay away and do better. This is one step up from door to door sales.

Pros

Large opportunities that each team member can take advantage of, plus great managers and career development. Not to mention, the training is fantastic, I have never felt left behind or like I don't get the attention I need.

Cons

It is very fast-paced and an intense company, the pace isn't for everyone.

non what so ever its a complete sham

Cons

they don't offer benefits, you sell car wax at a gas station, you make only 20% commission which is literally nothing. you work 6 days a week and work rain, snow, or shine. they say they are a 'marketing firm' but you get sent out to gas stations to talk to people about buying their car wax and micro fiber cloths. a complete joke
