ncredibly toxic work place. Supervisors will undermine your abilities and hinder all your learning processes throughout your career. You will constantly feel as though you don't know what you are doing or talking about because management will make you feel like you don't. No support from management. Heavy micro- management and control. Don't be fooled by the "independence" in sales, you may have a manager who makes you come into the office even though the company doesn't require it. Processes and data entry that will take time away from selling. Absolutely no control in terms of customer satisfaction as you will not schedule the job or order parts. Everything will be your fault even though you zero control over everything but selling. You will feel like you are doing everything with customer coordination because it is acceptable for supervisors to not answer their phone or emails. KONE provides a car stipend but no gas card. KONE removed company cars during COVID and car prices were skyrocketing. The car monthly reimbursement (after taxes) did not pay my modest car loan, gas, insurance, and maintenance. You will be spending your own money to visit clients for a $900 dollar sell which would pay out maybe $7.00
