Pros
Good equipment, good set of clients to work with, great views from office.
Cons
Non existent training, unachievable target, too much politics and nepotism, no growth, employees and middle management are treated poorly by top management, bad policies and procedures, compliance not followed. Lack of mutual respect. Just out right greedy and curropt, overworked and burnt out employees. Not enough work stations as all are cramped up on one floor like cattle's. HR is non existant!
