Pros
Pay, benefits, vacation were all amazing. You receive a car, gas card, strong health care and above average pay for the industry.
Cons
Impatient. Training program they send you to can use some tweaks, primarily role playing exercises rather than listening for a whole week and doing very little of anything else. My particular office had a poor operations team unfortunately, so it was hard to get the information I needed to create proposals and address potential customer needs--> this is why I left.
