Pros
The work is interesting and the problems are real. You're building things that affect how people manage their money, which gives the work some actual weight. The data team is collaborative and sharp, and there's a real culture of ownership,if you take initiative, people notice. The team is genuinely AI-first — not in a buzzword way, but in how people actually work day to day. AI tools are embraced and encouraged, which makes a real difference in how much you can get done. Growth has been real for me. I was recently promoted and it felt earned. Leadership pays attention to contribution and creates room for people who put in the effort. The culture is low-ego and approachable. Feedback is constructive and there's room to learn without feeling judged for not knowing everything.
Cons
The pace is fast and the scope is large. Things aren't always perfectly defined upfront, so you need to be comfortable figuring things out as you go. That works well for me but it's worth knowing.
