3yHello there! We want to make sure that this review is for the right Koala!? We're a tech company with a platform that creates premium, customizable apps for restaurants to offer digital ordering. (koala.io) We don't have customer service representatives, and it would be impossible to have worked here for more than three years since we didn't make our first new hire until January 2021.
There seem to be a lot of companies on LinkedIn with "Koala" in their name, so we understand how easy it would be to make this mistake! If you'd be so kind as to remove this review since it doesn't apply to us that would be great. The negative things written in this review do not reflect our team and culture, and we're sorry you had such a bad experience with your previous employer.
