      - funded courses and certifications to develop skills across different branches of the industry (mainly specializing in devops) - individual approach to each employee - knowledgeable and supportive upper management - room for discussion around roles and responsibilities within company - chance to start the career at this company given some basic skills

      - minor mistakes in managerial structure lead to need of micromanagement within the company
