      Various jurisdictions hence there is a chance to move from different jurisdictions if the work load is less. Example US to India or US to Singapore

      Cons

      Jurisdiction management has favoritism. Others were removed from the company despite of good performance. Favors old timers. Some partners like to back stab people who leave the firm.
