      Good pay, small company, no micro-mangement.

      Cons

      For a small company there are way too many non-billable people for HR and other admin. Positions. All women and none have a clue what it takes to be billable and make money for the company to pay their salaries. They also make you wait weeks to get reimbursed for per diem or expenses. Bonuses are a joke, a co-worker received 50$ gift card as a annual bonus..

      Good starting place. It's growing fast, so you can learn a lot.

      Cons

      Unprofessional and very conservative in the way of working. The firm is very profit driven so the overall Environmental scope of the work sometimes gets lost. Lack of care for the employees- Management can be quite reactive.
