The Senior Management (The head / The Manager) is trying their best to fulfill the director's request but not trying to make sure to treat and respect their staff well. The director gets blinded by the sweet words that he receives. High turnover, makes the seniors have no idea what they need to do unless their staff helps them to explain the situation. Due to a lack of experience and knowledge inside the company, the senior has to make "a conclusion" as soon as possible to ensure that they can perform. This attitude makes the staff confused once the "conclusion" that the senior made is causing trouble in the future. The worst is, that the senior management will claim your work and compete within the team to make sure the director only sees the senior as its best worker.
