School schedule with summers off, never pulled in to substitute teach when staff call off, supportive principal, great collaboration with related service providers, good work/life balance
Cons
Needs of caseload can feel heavy at times, parent involvement is a hit or miss, not a con but some students have high level behavioral needs - physical aggression, self-injurious behaviors, property destruction, etc.
