We regret to hear about your concerns about the policies and we are committed to understanding and addressing them. We take feedback seriously and accordingly we have also reviewed the policies and made some corrections, for e.g. the Sandwich leave concept is removed, employees are now allowed to WFH once a week, voluntary parental cover in insurance etc. Importantly we have recently hired a new HR Director who has wide exposure from the IT industry.
