      Pros

      Being a bootstrap startup, the culture is good. The office timings are mostly respected. Work is fast paced with focus on development of latest fintech products. No unnecessary meetings and time waste interactions.

      Cons

      The company's rapid growth has, at times, led to an over-reliance on ad-hoc processes, creating technical debt and inefficiencies.
